BYD HYROX Sydney returns to the Sydney Showground for a five-day race weekend from July 1 to 5, 2026. As the largest HYROX event in the Southern Hemisphere, Sydney draws athletes from across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific. The extended format accommodates Open, Pro, Doubles, Corporate, and Relay divisions with thousands of athletes.
