HYROX comes to Frankfurt, the functional fitness race combining 8km run with 8 workout stations.
HYROX Frankfurt is part of the global HYROX circuit, the fastest-growing competitive fitness format in the world. Participants complete eight 1km runs, each followed by a functional fitness station (SkiErg, sled push, burpee broad jumps, etc.). Suitable for all levels with individual, doubles, and relay categories.

How to participate
Register at hyrox.com, spots sell out months in advance. Choose your division (Individual Men/Women, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Relay, Pro). Minimum age 16.
Practical information
Messe Frankfurt is in the heart of the city, 30 min from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) by S-Bahn. Spectator tickets available separately. Arrive at least 90 min before your wave.
